Once you have created a new item or assembly inside a proposal, you can save it into you library so that you can use it in the future. https://www.youtube.com/embed/sTE8yIf56vE?list=PL9TwYOaeuaFBSm6pGTfwUbOxBLmM-7DAJ How-To Video

  1. Items and assemblies can both be saved by using the same process. Just click the 3 dots next to the name and select “Save as new searchable assembly” or “Save as new searchable item” depending on what you are saving.

  2. Once saved it will be added to your item company library so you can use it in any future proposal. The system will also place the icon of 3 discs to the left of the name to indicate that it is a saved item.

  3. If you make changes after the initial save that you want to have reflected on that item or assembly in your library, click the 3 dots and select “Update Searchable Assembly/Item”. This is what you will use to save any changes after you have saved it the first time.
