How to block your client from seeing their proposal without deleting it

You are able to block the client from seeing proposal without actually deleting it.

  • Find your client in the Clients list page, from the Pipeline or on the sidebar of the proposal.

  • Open the client’s profile/settings window

  • Click the actions button (the button with three little dots ( … ))

  • Choose Change status

  • Then choose either Blocked, or Inactive

 

The next time your client tries to view their proposal they will get an error message and will be unable to view it.
