Dropdown/select options are not displaying expected options, or is showing a number instead of a word

Is there something missing from your dropdown box, or is it displaying a weird value? Follow these steps to refresh your list.

  1. If accessing CostCertified from a browser, refresh your browser.

     

  2. Click dropdown menu button to open the options list you are having trouble with

     

     

  3. At the top right of the options list panel, click the refresh button.

     

  4. Once it reloads your list click it again. x2!

     

5. Now check the options and make sure everything is showing up as expected. If not, contact support directly for additional help.
