1. From inside the Estimating Engine, select “Add Item to This Quote” to open up your library.

   

2. This will open the library. Once inside, you can select one or more items or assemblies. You can also select “New Item” or “New Assembly.” Creating New Items and Assemblies How to create items and assemblies.

   1. NOTE: The right side of the screen shows a breakdown of library categories. You can select “Your item library” to only display items that are saved in your account, you can select “CostCertified free item library” to display items from our global library, or you can select “All” to show items from both libraries.

   2. You can also search for a specific item or assembly using the search bar in the top left corner. Note that if you have a specific library or category selected, it will only search inside that section.

      

3. Once you have selected everything that you wish to add, click the large “Add selected” button in the top right corner.
