We have simplified CostCertified into a couple of steps for you. It is meant to give you an overall understanding of how to use CostCertified and most importantly how to send estimates.
Software Navigation 101
Login - You will receive One of these two emails from our Support team when your company is created in CostCertified
Pipeline - Its a simple CRM where everything starts, you can find it in the top left corner by clicking on the Rubik’s Cube Icon :
The Rubik’s Cube Icon will take you to our Main Menu which give you access to everything CostCertified has to offer with a search bar.

Your item library and how to access it.
Before you build an estimate/proposal make sure you created the client already.
After you have created a client and clicked on Build quote, click on Add item to this quote to access your item library
The library consists of different categories and the search bar.
In Your item library you can find items that has been uploaded by your CSM
In CostCertified free item library you can find all of our prebuilt assemblies, General items and Home Depot items
Make sure you click on the category before searching for an assembly or item.

How to bring in an item or assembly from Your item library or other categories?
Click on Add item to this quote
Click on one of the categories
Then search for what you are looking for in the search bar, in the top left corner
Choose your item or assembly and add it to your estimate

How to save your progress
Preview Tab at a glance
Once you have added your items and assemblies to the estimate click on the Preview tab to see what your estimate looks like from your client’s perspective :

Here is how to modify and edit what your client sees :
(Number 1 ) You can choose between the Preview Templates that are prebuilt for you.
(Number 2) You can edit the Preview Templates you choose and access Presentation settings
(Number 3) CostCertified offers a lot of tools to involve your client in the estimating to increase your chances of getting the job. If you do not want your clients to adjust your estimate by interacting with those tools, turn Allow clients to make upgrades/modifications OFF.
