AutoCost

This feature allows you to add localized pricing for 25,000+ construction materials in the US that, once added to a quote estimate, can be automatically refreshed when prices change.

These items will look and feel like regular CostCertified global items but are providing actual price points for materials.

How do I add an AutoCost item to my quote?

Head over to the AutoCost item library, search for the materials you need and add them to the quote like you would for your own items.

You will notice the AutoCost items have a symbol next to them so you can tell them apart from regular items in your library.

How do cost updates affect my quotes?

You will see a warning if there are any AutoCost updates for items in your quote.

And you will be able to decide if you want to keep your pricing the same by adjusting your markup, or if you want to pass the updated costs to the client and keep your margins the same
