Require your sales people to include floorplans/drawings

You can force your sales people to include floorplans before they are able to send the quote. With this option turned on, administrators get prompted that it is missing floorplans but can override and send anyway.

1. Open a quote/project

2. Go to the “Preview” tab

   Open

   

3. Toggle the “Edit” button to turn on presentation editing

4. Open “Presentation settings”

   Open

   

5. Go to the “Require floor plans” line, toggle that on

   Open
