Recommended browser
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, regardless of what operating system you are on. We have found Chrome to offer the most reliable performance for our software, and we have found some issues caused by other browsers.
Browser issues
Many system issues can be resolved by refreshing the browser. One of the most common issues is new items not displaying in your library when you are trying to add them to a proposal.
When working on a proposal, first save changes to the proposal using the save button on the bottom right corner.
Refresh your browser page to reload everything.
